If you have the habit of forgetting events and meetings, then it is always advisable that you use a reminder program.Effective Notes Reminder is a newfreeware tool which brings in lots of features for a reminder application. With this free tool (which is currently in beta), you can keep track of birthdays via a contacts list, appointments, notes, tasks,create a journal plus many more format picture as well as text.

You can easily create events or contacts using the menu options. Each event can be added to different folders and you can specify an image also to the event. You can also specify different colors for various events.

All events, tasks, journals, notes and contacts have rich text and picture editing: Standard formatting tools: bold, italic, underline, line spacing, bulLet's etc Picture editing: soften and sharpen, grayscale and negative, crop, export, brightness and contrast etc.

Currently the application is in beta phase and also there is a paid version with more features available.

You can either search through all of your files in the free organization tool by choosing the date range of interest, search for a specific type of file within one of the five categories (Contacts, Events, Tasks, Notes and Journals) that will appear in tree-view mode, or search within a combination of categories at the same time. This makes it far easier to organize contacts using Effective Notes Reminder.

The printing options Effective Notes Reminder offers are also impressive, as you will be able to customize your prints to your preferences. The process is guided by a simplified step-by-step dialog! To avoid choosing the wrong type of paper, only the paper type available for your specific printer will appear when the relevant prompt appears on the screen of the free electronic agenda.

During school and college days, many of us maintained notes in order to have an anytime reference to important points pertaining to class lessons and important topics and subjects. These notes become the main study material for us during examinations as we rely on them to help us elaborate on the exam answer sheet. On a normal professional routine, the notes account for keeping a track of important appointments and schedules and for even setting reminders for any important meeting. For this requirement, we resort to different measures, ranging from keeping up sticky notes on our system monitors to updating dates on a digital diary or simply setting reminders and alarms on our mail boxes or mobile phones. However,Effective Notes Reminder 1.0 can also be considered as a useful utility for organizing such notes and reminders.

Effective Notes Reminder opens with a neatly arranged interface with the chief options placed at the top panel and the main screen displaying the details of the notes kept stored up. The application helps in organizing all records in colored folders. The colors can also be set to specific color in the options and can also be turned into a sticky note on the desktop as all the events, tasks, images and contacts have editing and formatting options. Further, there are standard formatting tools that help in storing up the reminder notes easily and also assist in picture editing. Moreover, all records can be viewed by Agenda that displays the notes days and week wise and also facilitates filtering of the records separately by events, notes, tasks and journals.

To conclude,Effective Notes Reminder 1.0 works as a useful and enhanced utility for organizing all reminder notes and records neatly and hence gets a rating of 3.5 points for its impressive working and overall ease of use.
